Terms

EffectiveJune 9, 2026
OperatorStackwell Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA)

The service

Granite is a consent and approval service operated by Stackwell Labs LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (“we”, “us”): applications and AI agents request permission to act on your behalf, you approve or deny those requests, and Granite records your decisions as an audit trail that requesting applications can verify. By using Granite you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in through ChirpAuth. You are responsible for the decisions made through your account — keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Decisions you record in Granite (approvals and denials) are relied on by the applications that requested them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Granite — or older where local law sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services (up to 16 in parts of the EU). Granite is not directed at children.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

No warranty

Granite is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackwell Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (today: nothing) and one hundred US dollars.

Termination

You can stop using Granite at any time and delete your account from within the app or in any browser at granitegranted.com (or via DELETE /v1/me). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusing the service. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (warranty disclaimer, liability limits) survive it. If your account is deleted or terminated — by you or by us — your data is erased as described in the privacy policy.

Privacy and sub-processors

What we collect, why, who processes it, and your rights over it are covered in the privacy policy, including the list of sub-processors.

Governing law

These terms are a contract between you and Stackwell Labs LLC, the company that operates Granite, registered in Wyoming, USA. They are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update them here and revise the effective date above; for material changes we will also give notice in the app. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
